It was very good and deserves 5 stars, but recently when I want to contact my family through this app they could not hear me and I could not hear them either. Moreover, Swisscom io doesnt have customers support service (They dont have email, chat or telephone number to contact them). I hope they fix it ASAP.

Cant get past the first screen. App needs to be installed on another device? A phone number needs to be registered already, before I can even use the app? Makes no sense.

Been using IO for about a year now. Everything just works. Unlike Skype or Viber. Encryption is a plus. Very happy with experience so far. Good job!
