iO App – Made in Switzerland - for the world! App Reviews

What does this offer that I dont already get from: - the cross-platform Skype and Whats App? - iOS platform centric FaceTime and iMessage? I dont see where this app offers features or benefits that will make it a universally and internationally demanded alternative to the already used apps listed above. So, Swisscom, why should I bother? Please state a convincing use case. Thanks.

The Simply The Best !!!

I really like it :) to fast and comfortable for connecting people. Hope in the future there will be some funny smiles :)

A nice interface, good voice call quality with valid encryption.. BUT NO video calls! No log off or password protection facility. Call call only my OI users in my region and the app does not redirect me to my original calling pad! So why bother stay in?! By the way, Does that mean that only Japanese can do things right in this world ?!

This app is wonderful, specially it uses encryption in all communication. High voice quality, with chat feature. But missing some features: -No ringtone selection -No caller blocking -Cant disable the last seen In general I love it.

There is no way to logout which is a security issue. You can only communicate with other users of the app.

I live in the USA and have nothing to do with Swiss Com. Yet it allows me to use IO free of charge to speak or text anyone in the world who also has the IO app and a wireless connection. Thanks for this act of international generosity that will help build a better, more united world.

Why application does not support the Arab

Prefer iO for international texting & calling & prefer the Swiss privacy laws. Glad its avail for iPads now too
